Bridal Suite
For even more comfort and convenience on your big day, we offer an Additional Bridal Suite—a private, beautifully appointed space designed with relaxation in mind.
This suite includes a full bathroom, a cozy loft sleeping area, and a kitchenette, making it the perfect spot for getting ready, taking a quiet moment to yourself, or even spending the night. With accommodations for up to six guests, it’s ideal for bridal parties, close family, or anyone you’d like to keep close during your celebration.
Whether you’re preparing for the walk down the aisle or winding down after the festivities, this added suite offers the space and amenities to make your day even more seamless and enjoyable.
Doing Your Own Cooking?
Large Tandem Axle BBQ Smoker ($350) This smoker is 76 inches wide by 16 foot long tandem axle trailer with 73 square feet of cooking space. This smoker is able to cook for 300+ people and is available for on-site or off-site use.
Large Propane BBQ ($350) If speed and ease is your style, we have this large propane BBQ trailer available for both on-site and off-site use. Four separate cook tops totalling 40 square feet of cooking space.
Small BBQ Smoker ($200) If you are looking to cook for a smaller intimate event or for the rehearsal dinner, this BBQ is great for feeding around 50 people.
Commercial Kitchen
Planning to bring in a caterer or prepare your own food onsite? Our fully equipped Commercial Kitchen is available as an add-on to make event-day dining smooth and stress-free.
This professional-grade space includes everything your caterers need to work efficiently and comfortably—ample prep areas, refrigeration, ovens, and more. Whether you’re hosting a formal dinner, buffet, or casual BBQ, having access to a commercial kitchen ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
It’s a practical and essential upgrade for larger events or food-focused celebrations.
Rental Details
A reservation deposit is required in advance to successfully reserve the venue. The reservation deposit is 50% of the rental rate and is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due prior to set-up.
There is an additional Cleaning Deposit of $150 that is refundable if rentals are returned clean. Rental items must be returned by 10:00am the following morning. Failure to do so will incur additional rental fees.
A late fee of $150 will be charged with an additional $50 for every hour after. Additional charges may be made for actual or estimated repair or cleaning costs to restore to the same condition prior to Renter(s) use of rental items.

Is there lodging for all my guests?
Historic Nevada City is only one mile from Sierra Venues. There you will find lodging and accommodations that add to the Sierra Foothill experience for all of your guests. Contact us directly for more details.
What about guest parking?
We have arrangements for guest to park a short distance from Sierra Venues. It is a safe and easily accessed parking area. Shuttles can also be arranged.
How late can my event go?
We do have to abide by the City Noise Ordinance that requires us to end events at 10pm.
